Impact of Uncertainty on Shared Care Laws
In a few words, please explain the impact, if any, on you, your ex-spouse and your children, of the ongoing speculation in the media that the shared care laws will be repealed.
For instance, has it affected your health? Have you become anxious or depressed? Has it affected your ability to parent your children or plan ahead? Has it emboldened your ex-spouse not to co-operate with you in anticipation that these laws will soon be repealed?"

**Any publication of your story will be guided by the very strict provisions in the Family Law
act that prohibit publication of any private details.
**Please ensure that you do not include names, addresses or any other information in your Word document that could identify your children, ex-spouse or anyone else involved.
**Please do your best to write an honest, fair and balanced account of your story. This should not be seen as an opportunity to criticise your ex-spouse. Focus on the family law system and how it has helped you, or how it can be improved.
If you do not believe that your writing abilities are up to scratch, then submit a draft of your story, and request to be contacted by a f4E writer to assist you to finalise your story.
